Aerotech designs and manufactures motion control and positioning systems. Aerotech air bearings incorporate an active preload on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Isotech offers AB Air Bearings that feature a stainless steel piston fitted to a borosilicate glass cylinder. This creates an airflow effect around the piston. As little as 5 psi applied to the cylinder produces a stiff cushion of air that supports the piston and prevents it from coming in contact with the cylinder wall. The AB Air Bearing provides virtually unlimited piston life, super-clean operation, requires no lubrication, and nearly eliminates friction through the use of ultra-low friction ball joints used to connect the rod.

New Way Air Bearings designs and manufactures modular air bearings and integrated porous media air bearing solutions for OEM applications. Air bearing products include the original flat round porous media air bearing product line, as well as the rectangular configuration that was added to offer an integration alternative.
