American Babbitt Bearing manufactures bearings and provides bearing repairs for fossil, hydro and nuclear power generating facilities, and cement, steel and paper producing facilities. American Babbitt Bearing centrifugally casts bearings up to 120” OD using ASTM certified babbitt compositions. The babbitt alloy is melted in 2500 pound capacity ovens with strict temperature controls. Bearings they manufacture and repair include babbitt liners, bronze HP/LP seal rings, journal and thrust bearings, motor repair and steel products.

Odessa Babbitt Bearing Company is a manufacturer of labyrinth seals and babbitted parts. They offer replacement, re-manufactured, marine and turbine bearings. OBBCO maintains one of the largest inventories of replacement babbitt bearings and anti-friction bearings in the industry. Bronze-backed babbitt bearings are their standard replacement part. Steel-backed babbitt bearings are a bi-metal replacement for the OEM's tri-metal part, consisting of a low carbon steel shell lined with tin based babbitt. OBBCO also offers re-babbitted bearings.
