Bushings

Allstates Rubber & Tool manufactures straight and tapered bushings, along with flange plain-bore T-bushings. The straight and tapered bushings feature inside diameters ranging from 0.35" to 1.593", and outside diameters from .305" to 3.085". Total height of the bushings spans 1/4 to 7/8. The company's T-bushings feature flange diameters of 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 5/8, 1, 15/16, 1-3/16, 1-1/16, 7/8, 1-1/4, 1-1/8, and 2-1/2". Total height of each T-bushings is 3/8, 5/8, 1/2, 3/4, 9/16, 5/16, 13/32, or 1/4". The company produces 25 types of T-bushings and 18 different straight and tapered bushings.

Oiles America Corporation manufactures and globally distributes straight bushings and flanged bushings. The Oiles 2000 straight and flanged bushings are capable of handling loads and speeds not normally associated with lube free bearings. The company's Cermet-model straight and flanged bushings are designed replace oil impregnated bushings and plastic bearings. They also offer greater load and temperature service without external lubrication. The Oiles 300 flanged bushings are designed to reduce lubrication intervals and provide a seize-free bearing alternative.
