Boca Bearing offers angular contact full ceramic, insert full ceramic, self aligning full ceramic, and radial full ceramic ball bearings. Angular contact full ceramic bearings are excellent for high temperature and high speed applications. Silicon Nitride and Silicon Carbide are typical materials used. Insert full ceramic bearings are also excellent in high temperature situations and can be lubricated with high speed oil. Radial full ceramic bearings have ceramic balls that require less lubricant and have greater hardness than steel balls. The ball provides for less rolling resistance.
