PBC offers RST pillow block ball bearings for linear motion applications. The pillow block is self aligning. Pillow blocks are interchangeable with other ball bearing manufacturers. Types include inch and metric closed ball bearing pillow blocks, inch twin closed ball bearing pillow blocks, and inch and metric open types. 3D CAD drawings are available.  Simplicity linear plane bearing  placed it inside a housing to create a self aligning, plane bearing pillow block.

The medium duty SC/SCM/VSC mounted ball bearing is available in both inch and metric sizes. Modifications available include expansion pillow blocks. Ball bearing Dodge E-Z Kleen stainless housed pillow blocks come in both inch and metric sizes. Dodge D-Lok pillow block ball bearings cone in both metric and inch sizes, and as pillow block, flange bracket, tapped base pillow block, 2 and 4 bolt flange bearings, expansion pillow blocks, and piloted flange. Dodge Eccentric Collar pillow blocks are normal duty ball bearings. Dodge also offers their Grip Tight adapter ball bearings for medium duty applications.

Offerings include pillow block bearings with low shaft height, high shaft height with inner race, and a heavy duty series. Flange block bearings are offered with 2 hole flange block, 2 hole flange block relube, 3 hole flange block, 4 hole cast iron heavy duty series, 4 hole flange block, and cartridge heavy duty series.

Climax Metal Products Company offers a selection of pillow block bearings available in die cast and pressed steel housings. Different types include a solid-rigid type, a pressed steel housing self aligning heavy gauge type, a pressed steel housing self aligning standard type, and a die cast housing rigid type. Flange mount ball bearings are also available.

Pillow block or plummer housings are the standard for inch shafts and are horizontally split and designed for heavy duty operation. There are many seals to choose from. SDAF pillow block housings for inch size shafts and heavy thrust loads and can be used for spherical roller bearings. The housings are designed for metric cylindrical seats, come with heavy duty seals, and are made of cast iron or cast steel. To accommodate high capacity spherical roller bearings, SAW pillow block housings are split design. Other plummer housings are: SNL, large SNL, SONL and SDG configurations. There are one piece pillow block housings as well.

Timken spherical pillow blocks combine cast iron or cast steel housings with high capacity spherical roller bearings for heavy duty operation. The split housing design simplifies assembly and service. Each pillow block contains a spherical roller bearing with improved geometry and raceway finish for maximum load capacity. Timken manufactures pillow blocks in SAF and SDAF styles. The large SDAF pillow block is designed for extreme heavy duty applications. Timken also manufactures their line of Fafnir ball, angular contact and ceramic bearings.

AMI Bearings offers mounted pillow block bearing units available in inch and metric bores, and are interchangeable with other major manufacturers. Pillow blocks available include a Silver Series (10mm to 35mm), mounted normal duty (1/2" to 3 1/2" and 12mm to 90mm), mounted medium duty (1" to 4" and 25mm to 100mm), and mounted heavy duty (1" to 4 7/16" and 25mm to 140mm).

Maryland Metrics provides KANA normal duty pillow blocks for general power transmission and machinery applications. Products include cast housing pillow blocks, flange bearing units, flange cartridge units, flange units, and take-up units.

ABT offers mounted pillow block ball bearing units. These are self aligning pillow blocks with heavy duty contact type seals. A steel slinger is fixed to the inner ring. Concentric split locking collars provide locking for bi-directional applications.

Acorn features pillow block and flange bearing units. A full range of imperial and metric pillow block and flange bearing units are available, including cast iron pillow block and flange bearing units, cast iron flange cartridge bearing units, conveyor belt tensioner units, pressed steel flange and pillow block units, and pressed steel rubber mounted pillow block units. RHP self lubricating pillow block and flange units are also available.

Bajaj offers flange pillow block and industrial pillow block bearings. Flange pillow block bearings come in metric and inch sizes. Large housings have a square shape. Bajaj industrial pillow block bearings are used for self aligning ball bearings and spherical roller bearings. These pillow  block bearings are manufactured using gray cast iron and require grease lubrication.

Givens Engineering is the manufacturer of the STD-BB square type series of mounted bearings. These leverage the benefits of both pillow block and slewing bearings. A removable shaft collar allows the bearings to be serviced. Unlike pillow block or flange mount bearings, these bearing blocks are designed to simultaneously carry a large moment and an axial load.
