  Dodge produces tapered split bushings that fit into a matching tapered bore in a sheave, sprocket, or pulley. Tapered bushings compensate for normal variations in the shaft, and eliminates risk of corrosion between the bore and the shaft. Sizes are available to handle up to a 12" shaft diameter, with a torque capacity to 1,520,000 lbs. at a 1.0 service factor.

  Baldor-Dodge Reliance offers type E-XTRA tapered, S-2000 spherical, and imperial spherical roller bearings. Type E-XTRA tapered roller bearings are available in flanged/steel housed pillow blocks, they have optional E-Tect protected sealing systems, and Dodge exclusive Imperial mounting adapters. These bearings feature combination rubbing lip/labyrinth sealing configurations, ASTM A48 Class 30 iron housings, and shaft sizes ranging from 1-3/16" to 7".

  Dodge is a manufacturer of babbitted journal bearings. These are sleeve type that feature solid, split, split angle, rigid, and plate designs.   Medium duty SC/SCM/VSC pillow block mounted ball bearings are available in both inch and metric sizes. Dodge E-Z Kleen stainless housed units come in both inch and metric sizes. Their D-Lok designs come in both metric and inch sizes, and as flange bracket, tapped base, 2 and 4 bolt flange, expansion P-blocks, and piloted flange. Dodge Eccentric Collar pillow blocks are normal duty ball type.
