in Air Bearings
Isotech offers AB Air Bearings that feature a specially shaped stainless steel piston precisely fitted to a borosilicate glass cylinder. This create a true air bearing airflow effect around the piston. As little as 5 psi applied to the cylinder produces a stiff cushion of air that supports the piston and prevents it from coming in contact with the cylinder wall. The AB Air Bearing provides virtually unlimited piston life, super-clean operation, requires no lubrication, and nearly eliminates friction through the use of ultra-low friction ball joints used to connect the rod.

Isotech manufactures linear bushings, including the Topball High Performance slide, standard slide, stroke and slide rotary bushings. The Topball bushing lasts 27x the normal travel life of a conventional slide bush, and provides self-aligning capability due to a load plate design that creates a self-correcting fulcrum in the middle.

Isotech is a manufacturer's representative and distributor of crossed roller slide assemblies. Standard crossed roller slides have a load capacity of 30 -779 lbs. Precision slides have a load capacity of 80 - 260 lbs. High precision (low profile) designs offer 90 - 450 lbs. of load capacity. Flange base high precision crossed roller slides have a load capacigy of 90 - 450 lbs.
