    Timken Fafnir hybrid ceramic ball bearings are a combination of ceramic rollers and steel rings. This hybrid combination provides performance and cost effectiveness at high spindle speeds. The design of Timken Fafnir hybrid ball bearings helps reduce noise, vibration and operating temperature. Applications include high speed machining, high speed mills, and precision instrumentation. The balls are lightweight and made of silicon nitride. Timken Fafnir bearings can be ordered open or sealed.
